When you say someone's name when you talk to them, it's called direct address. No matter what language you use to speak or write, using correct grammar not only helps you communicate more effectively and precisely, but also helps you avoid embarrassment. A little extra effort to learn about grammar early on will make life a lot easier later on. If you are "nauseous," that means you make other people sick. An up-to-date collegiate-level dictionary or thesaurus should be consulted as an aid to spelling, pronunciation, and meaning.
